Logistics are the meat and potatoes of the event business. After developing a strategy as to how to best meet the meeting's objectives - we dive into the details. Our broad expertise includes deliverables like projecting attrition, creating diverse menus to meet all dietary needs, scheduling multiple, simultaneous sessions, managing the room setup and audio visual needs.

After securing a venue, it's time to source vendors to support the program. Our services include vetting the vendors, negotiating the contracts and managing them on-site. Typically vendors include Entertainment, Audio Visual, Décor, Floral.
